Mean Fiddler wanted to express the dangers of throwing gas canisters on camp fires at festivals. The creative approach was to capture the attention of teenagers aged 16 – 18 by showing user generated known You Tube clips (filmed on mobile phones) they would relate too and then show how these often fun clips can turn to disaster. Multiple clips were produced and used at Festivals and as part of an online viral campaign.
Producing and Directing Nintendo’s European launch of the Wii console, the campaign involved VNR’s, EPK’s and Making Of’s for multiple platforms. On the day of launch a VNR was shot, edited on site and sent up to a satellite for the rest of Europe to pull down in time for the local evening news.
